Product Returns and Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns are subject to specific conditions designed to protect both customers and plant health. We offer a 30-day health guarantee on all plants. If your plant fails to thrive due to health issues present at the time of purchase, we will replace it at no charge.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return or replacement, plants must:

  • Demonstrate health issues that existed at time of purchase (within 30 days)
  • Include proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
  • Have been cared for according to provided instructions
  • Be available for inspection by our team

Plants damaged due to improper care, weather events, pests, or other factors beyond our control are not eligible for return. Custom-shaped shrubs are non-returnable unless defective.

Service Cancellations and Refunds

For decorative shrub shaping services:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before scheduled service: Full refund of deposit
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before service: 50% refund of deposit
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service: No refund (deposit forfeited)
  • Weather-related cancellations: Full refund or rescheduling at no charge

For completed work, refunds are only available if services were not performed as specified in the written agreement. Disputes will be resolved through our customer service process.

Refund Process

To request a return or refund:

  1. Contact us within the applicable time period
  2. Provide proof of purchase and reason for return
  3. Allow our team to inspect the plant or service issue
  4. Receive approval or explanation of decision
  5. If approved, refunds processed within 5-10 business days to original payment method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by financial institution.

Warranty and Guarantee Details

Our 30-day health guarantee covers plants that fail to thrive due to pre-existing health conditions. This guarantee does not cover damage from:

  • Improper watering, fertilization, or care
  • Extreme weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Pest or disease issues that develop after purchase
  • Damage from animals or vandalism
